SELF CATERING HOLIDAY HOME IN ANGUS

To secure a booking for Courtyard Cottage the following terms and conditions apply.

1- A 30% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

2-The balance is payable no less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Refunds of any or all of the balance payment due to cancellation will be at the discretion of the proprietors. If there is less than 8 weeks between the booking date and arrival date, full payment will be required at the time of booking, Payable by BACS or other mutually agreeable method.

3-A £75.00 cash "good house keeping bond" is required on arrival and is returnable on final inspection of Courtyard Cottage prior to departure assuming no damage has occurred. All damage exceeding the value of £75.00 will be the responsibility of the guest or other body by whom the booking was made.

4-Bookings will only be accepted from persons over the age of 21.

5-Please note that unless otherwise stated, entry is as of 5.00pm on date of arrival and vacation is to be no later than 9.00am on date of departure. Late arrivals must give reasonable notice.

6-Courtyard Cottage is a no smoking property and if smoke is detected within the property, we will assume that forfeiture of the "good house keeping bond" has been made.

7-No pets are permitted within the cottage.
